Settings

The Parent Zone on the Voot Kids app can be accessed through the Profile section on the top left hand corner. This is a password-protected zone where parents can see the time their child has spent on the service. Parents can control daily usage of the app and set bed time for each profile through 'Preferences' section under Parent Zone.
All downloaded content will be inside the Voot Kids app. Downloaded videos, audio stories and eBooks can be found in My Stuff. All eBooks come with a preview which can be streamed, however, to read the complete book it has to be downloaded.

My Profile

Voot Kids brings to you easy access to what your child is consuming and learning on a daily/weekly/monthly level. The Parent Zone is pin protected and offers a summary of all activities like videos watched, books read, learnings on the go and badges won.
Yes, you can. Each child has his/her own profile. The Parent Zone will be personalised for every profile.
You can set up a screen time limit from the Parent Zone. Eg: If you want your child to use the app for not more than 30 minutes, then the timer will shut down the app on the 30th minute.

Voot Kids Learning Framework

Voot Kids is an inviting world for your child’s favorite characters. Through fun learning activities, we create a mind gym that encourages kids to apply their knowledge, thereby leading to an all-round development. With learning elements entrenched into Voot Kids, we make these activities more fun, and motivate kids by rewards and small but meaningful wins. For the parents, this brings an opportunity to understand their child’s learning progression.
Voot Kids learning framework is inspired from Gardener's Theory of Multiple Intelligences and accredited by the Early Learning Association. We are not affiliated to any school board or curriculum. Our endeavour is to make learning fun for kids across the age groups of 2-8.

For certain features on the app to function, we require access to your device information and we seek permission before we do that. It's a technical requirement and Voot Kids does not use your personal information for any other purpose.
Voot Kids is avaiable on iOS and Android devices across mobile, tablets and smart TVs.
No, you will have to download the Voot Kids app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device. We do not have a mobile web service.

Click on the profiles button on the top left part of the screen. Go to Parent Zone - Settings. You will be asked to enter your parent PIN to access this section. Go to 'Accounts' and click on 'Reset Password'. You need to enter your old and new password to save the changes. In case you forget your old password please click on 'Forgot password' link at the bottom of the screen.

Yes, every profile's viewing history syncs across devices.

If you have uninstalled and reinstalled the app or if you are on a different device than the one from which you had downloaded content, your downloads will not be accessible.
Clicking on the play icon plays the video. Relaunch the app if this doesn't work. For any further issues contact us at support@vootkids.com
All content is saved on your device. It cannot be downloaded on the SD card.
Go to Device settings and change the 'Download Quality' settings before downloading any content.
You can downoad as many ebooks as your device can support.

Click on 'Cancel Subscription' button at the bottom of the screen and confirm that you want to cancel. Your subscription will be discontinued and we will not charge you the next cycle onwards. You will be able to enjoy the services till the last day of your subscription period.

In the Last Viewed section under My stuff there's a 'Clear' button on the right. You can delete your history by clicking and confirming the action.

If the episode title is too long, sometimes the device size does not allow us to show the entire title. Once you click on the tile you will be able to read the full episode title on the playback screen.

You can simultaneously stream on a maximum of 5 devices.
In an attempt to provide easy subscriptions for all, we are already offering the service at a best available price to all. Hence we do not support promo code as of now.

Manage my account

You can choose your streaming quality preference under the Device section in Settings.
You can update your email ID and mobile number by using the Profile button on the top left hand corner of the app and then go to PARENT ZONE - SETTING - ACCOUNT where you will be able to update your email ID and Mobile number as needed.
